What is the difference between Standard & Platinum Tickets?

Standard – Entry to The Clothes Show to shop from over 500 indepent and boutique labels not found on the highstreet, access to all features including two non-stop catwalks, and multiple feature areas. PLUS, a dedicated seat in the award-winning 45 minute ALCATEL ONETOUCH Fashion Theatre.

Platinum – all of the above plus a fast track entry into the ALCATEL ONETOUCH Fashion Theatre, premium seat close to the stage, Official show goody bag and Official show guide and priority bookings in to The Pamper Lounge in association with Sally's.

Do you have special rates for Children?

There are no discounts for children. Children under 5 are allowed in to the show free of charge, however proof of age may be required and must be sat on laps in the ALCATEL ONETOUCH Fashion Theatre. If your child under 5 requires their own seat in the Fashion Theatre, you will need to purchase a ticket. The Fashion Theatre may contain loud music and strobe lighting which is not reccommend for babies and small children.

Is there an age limit to enter the show?

There is no age limit however we recommend that visitors under 15 are accompanied by an adult.

Are ALCATEL ONETOUCH Fashion Theatre tickets separate?

When you purchase a ticket you will also be given a seat number and time to go and see a performance in the ALCATEL ONETOUCH Fashion Theatre. You will need to stick to this time and seat to make sure you get to see the performance. Due to a high demand, we cannot guarantee to be able to swap ticket times or seats.

While at the event, if you do have enquires regarding your tickets or you would like to purchase additional ALCATEL ONETOUCH Fashion Theatre seats to see the show again, please visit the Fashion Theatre Ticket Exchange Point where they will be able to inform you on which times and seats are available (Located near the Fashion Theatre entrance in Hall 8).


What is the minimum size for a group?

There is no minimum size but it is suggested that if booking a group under 10 you book via the standard ticket line as far in advance as possible so that the box office can do their best to seat you together.

Can I bring a school group?

Yes! Clothes Show Live offers a great package for school groups, helping teachers get the class involved before, during and after your visit to Clothes Show Live. For more information visit the Education Zone or for ticket prices; visit the Educational Reservation Form.

Can I purchase tickets on the day?

Yes, a limited number of tickets will be available to purchase on the door - however to ensure the best seats and times are availiable in the ALCATEL ONETOUCH Fashion Theatre booking early and in advance is advised.

Is there parking at NEC?

The NEC has numerous car parks that are more broadly categorised into North, East, South and West. All in all there are over 20,000 onsite parking spaces!

On your arrival at the NEC, traffic officers will direct you to the most convenient parking area for your event, however being such a large site with a number of entrances, it is recommended that you refer to The NEC Site Map before your arrival to avoid adding time to your journey.
The NEC has designated car park spaces for visitors with disabilities.

The Clothes Show is dedicated to supporting and enhancing young, creative talent. We get a high volume of work experience requests at Clothes Show HQ. Please email your Cover Letter and CV to clothesshow.live@haymarket.com and write Work Experience in the subject line.

If you need to bring a companion, assistant or guide with you to the Show to maximise your enjoyment, then that carer will be admitted free of charge. Please make this clear to the Box Office when you book your tickets.
If you have any special requirements or are a wheelchair user and wish to remain in your wheelchair for the duration of the session, please call our box office to book your theatre ticket.  If you do not have a valid wheelchair ticket we will do our utmost to accommodate you, but you may be turned away if the session is full.
Our box office will also help find the most convenient seating for visually impaired visitors. Please note that all ticket sales are allocated on a first come first served basis.
Hearing Impared: 
Induction loops are fitted to ticket sales points, information points, show guide sales points, all show feature demonstration areas, Press Office and the Organisers’ Office. Selected sessions in the Fashion Theatre will be signed. 
Hard of hearing in need of the interpreter must call the box office to ensure they are seated where they can see the signer.
The following session times will be signed. Please note only the presenters introduction will be signed - signed music sessions to be confirmed.


Public safety at the NEC is priority and in light of recent events, increased vigilance across the site, additional security staff and patrols have been put in place. Random security checks have been enforced, as well as increased bag searches and search dogs. Those attending the event or working at the event should also report any suspicious activity to our security staff. The NEC have a number of security measures in place and will continue to review these in conjunction with event organisers.
